Volvo has brought back the wagon. Just when you thought you would never use the words “wagon” and “elegant”, Volvo surprises everyone with their sleek-looking V90 station wagon.
The wagon was presented at a private event in Stockholm, Sweden. The V90 boasts elegance with its large grills with chromed vertical slats. The headlights come integrated with a T-shaped LED daytime light.
On the back, the wagon is anything but similar to a sedan with its roof mounted spoiler and large tail lamps that were inspired by the Concept Estate brake that was presented two years ago.
The inside of the wagon offers a space large enough for five passengers and all of their gear.
"The V90 is the wagon version of the S90 sedan (which is itself the sedan version of the XC90 SUV), which has been spectacularly well received since it launched last year,” reads a post on The Verge."That means it has an awesome powertrain, capable of delivering more than 400 horsepower (in a station wagon!) if you tick the box for the T8 plug-in hybrid package. It also means it looks amazing inside and out."
